The Trails are Rideable… but there are icy areas under this lastest snow!
Blizzard Conditions (50+mph) visability very low (don’t “override” your headlights), wind chills -15 below
We’ll be out tomorrow grooming except the following;
- Lyndale Trail = ice cover too thin for groomers deep ditch water underneath.
- Nerstrand State Park = ice covering hills too risky for groomers to negotiate safely.
WE HAVE ONLY THIRTEEN (yep thats 13) DAYS (little less than two weeks) AND OFFICIALLY THE TRAILS ARE CLOSED.
So prepare yourselves! OUR TRAIL TEAMS will be going out as soon as frost is out to pull the trail signs.
