Club members have started pulling trail signs as trails closed April 1.
Landowners’ Appreciation Picnic
The picnic will be on Thursday, June 20th from 5:00 pm. to 8:00 p.m.
Trail Equipment News & Grant Update
The new 6330 tractor will need an oil change and the chainsaws need to be cleaned and serviced.
Looking for volunteers to help with this. Contact Tony Balata (507-838-0256) if you are able to help.
Discussions with a company about pricing, payments and build schedules for new tracks for the
tractor are underway. The Grant was submitted in February, and we should hear by June with the
decision.
Medford Access Trail
Work continues on developing the trail area connecting the south side of Faribault to
Medford. Tony has reached out to landowners along that stretch and has received support
from several owners for the club’s trail proposal. Please contact Tony interested in helping out
with the project.
Wednesday Evening Social Dinners
A group of Club members have been gathering on Wednesday evenings at different
restaurants that have been supporting our club. If you would like to be on the group
text for information on where the next outing is, let Emily Velishek (507-412-1631)
know and you can be added to the text announcement.
Sno-Go Club Wear
New Caps and Stocking hats with the club logo are available for purchase.
Next Club Meeting, April 9, 2024
The next Club meeting will be held at the Club House, (839 30th St NW) at 6:30 p.m. All
Members and Prospective Members are welcome to attend.
Club Member Dues
Dues are $45 Per Year. Please mail your dues to: Faribo Sno-Go Club, PO Box 153, Faribault, MN 55021 if you
have not already. You also can go to our website and join or renew your membership. www.sno-go.org
Volunteers Needed to help with Club Functions
We can always use help with the club picnic, annual meetings, sign repair, trail signage, maintenance of
equipment and fund raising. We also need members willing to step up and be Club Officers and/or Board
Members. Your help with any club function is greatly appreciated and helps us have award winning trails!!
