R A I N…to ? snow ?

Faribault area is getting 1-2 inches of rain today… which could have equated to 4-8 inches of snow. Instead rain along with melting snow during the past eighteen hours have caused some roads and ditches to become partially flooded over portions of southern MN.  Hwys near St Peter and Mankato have been closed. See a review of our trails below. Some snow is possible tonight however temps remain mild and possibly only 2 inches are predicted.
